Cold Hard Cider Punch

3 bottles (500mL each) Gowan's Heirloom Cider, chilled

1/2 cup bourbon or brandy

3/4 cup ginger-flavored liqueur

1/4 cup clear orange-flavored liqueur

1/2 cup pure maple syrup

Several dashes aromatic bitters

Optional: ice chunks or ice cubes

Red apple slices
Directions

In a 10-cup capacity punch bowl, combine the cider, bourbon, and liqueurs.

Stir in the maple syrup and aromatic bitters. Add ice if desired.

Either float the apple ciders in the punch or use to garnish each glass served. Cheers!
