Ingredients

• 3-5 oz Gowan’s Heirloom Cider, to taste

• 2 oz gold tequila

• 1/2 oz orange liqueur (Cointreau or Triple Sec)

• 1/2 oz fresh lime juice

• 1/2 oz agave syrup

• 3-4 strawberries, to taste

 

Directions

1. Mash or chop the strawberries, as preferred. 
    

2. Shake all ingredients except cider and strawberries in a cocktail shaker with ice.
    

3. Sugar the rim of the glass and strain or pour in the contents of the shaker, depending on whether you want the ice. 
    

4. Top up with lightly chilled Gowan’s Hard Cider and enjoy!
